Magill Campus Accommodation

The Magill Campus Apartments are located at 7 Lorne Avenue, Magill. Lorne Avenue is a very quiet low trafficked street and is also the rear entrance to the Magill Campus of the University of South Australia. The apartments are located on the boundry of the UniSA Magill Campus. The development will be partly completed for the first semester intake of students in 2007.

The building consists of 14 x 2 bedroom apartments and 2 x 3 bedroom apartments.

All Student Living apartments and the houses are fully furnished.

There is a common coin operated laundry on the premises complete with washing machines and dryers. Public transport is available with bus stops just 300 meters from the building. Magill Plaza shopping centre is also located just a 3 minute walk away. Post office and banking facilities are also available at this shopping centre.

If successful in obtaining an apartment you will need to supply your own bath linen, bed linen and pillows.

Extra charges apply for electricity, gas for hot water, telephone connection & use and internet access.

Apartments are available for a minimum term of 1 year with further yearly options available. These terms begin on the 1st February and end on the 31st January the following year. A limited number of apartments may be available from the 14th July each year with expiry on either the 31st of January or the 13th of July the following year.
