Tobin House is an eight storey "Art Deco" Heritage style building consisting of ground floor retail, 4 x 1 bedroom, 1 x 3 bedroom and 9 x 4 bedroom fully furnished, self contained apartments specifically designed and constructed as Student Accommodation.
The upgrade of the building was completed in December 2002 with the first Students taking up residence in January 2003. Tobin House is located in North Terrace across the road from the City East Campus of UniSA, The Adelaide University, the Adelaide Museum and the Art Gallery of South Australia.
The Royal Adelaide Hospital is approximately 500 meters further down North Terrace. The City West Campus of UniSA and both Carnegie Mellon campuses are a short 5 to 8 minute walk away as is the Central Market, the popular China Town and the Adelaide TAFE College.
The famous Rundle Mall is 100 meters from the building and the cosmopolitan Rundle Street with its trendy cafes and coffee shops is also in very close proximity.
All Student Living apartments and the houses are fully furnished.
You need only to bring your linen, blankets and pillows. The building has 3 coin operated laundries containing both washing machines and clothes dryers.

Apartments are available for a minimum term of 1 year with further yearly options available. These terms begin on the 1st February and end on the 31st January the following year. A limited number of rooms may be available from the 14th July each year with expiry on either the 31st of January or the 13th of July the following year.
