Student Living Australia Pty Ltd (SLA)
is a privately held company primarily specialising in the Management of Accommodation complexes and social infrastructure for both international and domestic students.SLA is the preferred provider/manager of these services for a large number of Adelaide institutions.
The Directors are Mr Peter Gibson, Mr Ian Doolette and Mr Peter Pedler whom have been involved in the provision and management of student accommodation, social infrastructure and associated services for over 8 years.
A major part of Student Living's business is liaising with institutions, developers and investors to identify suitable quality sites for development and/or refurbishment as student accommodation complexes.
Services provided by Student Living include design concepts, financial feasibility, due diligence reviews, managing authority approvals, consultation on building specifications and finishes identification, supply and placement of suitable furniture, fixtures and equipment and the day to day, long term, professional management of the completed projects to achieve mutually rewarding results for all parties.
SLA also specialise in the marketing and sale of student complexes and community titled apartments through it's wholly owned licensed subsidiary L3 Realty Pty Ltd.
SLA currently manage student housing complexes in South Australia in the Adelaide suburbs of Mawson Lakes, Magill, Kent Town, Oakden and Adelaide City as well as a number of free standing homes and townhouses both in the city and suburban locations.
Student Living is currently in negotiations with several eastern seaboard universities and developers for the provision of our development expertise and management services.
