City West Apartments

City West is a modern, purpose designed and built student accommodation complex. The building is located at 92 Gray Street in the quiet West End of Adelaide City.  It is a 3 storey building providing the following accommodation:

8 x 2 bedroom apartments
4 x 4 bedroom apartments

City West Student apartments are a short 2 minute walk to UniSA City West Campus, Carnegie Mellon and Adelaide TAFE. It is only a 12 to 15 minute walk to UniSA City East Campus, Adelaide University, the Adelaide Museum, the South Australian Art Gallery and the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Other close by attractions include shopping precincts, such as Rundle Mall, the Central Markets and the popular China Town all within a short 7 minute walk from City West. The cosmopolitan Rundle and Gouger streets boasting trendy cafes and coffee shops are also within walking distance.

City West student accommodation facilities include secure state of the art smart card access and a fully equipped Laundry with washing machines, clothes dryers, and washing tubs.

Limited under cover secure parking is also available for a monthly fee.

Apartments are available for a minimum term of 1 year with further yearly options negotiable. These terms normally begin on the 1st of February and end on the 31st of January the following year. A limited number of apartments may be available from the 15th of July each year with expiry on either the 31st of January or the 14th of July the following year.
